Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions for the interior design service are as follows: All services are provided on a project-by-project basis and the customer must provide all necessary information and materials needed for the project. All services provided will be subject to the professional standards of the interior designer. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the services provided in a timely manner. The customer also agrees to provide appropriate access to the interior space to be designed. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the interior designer for any damages or losses incurred due to the project. The customer agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in the completion of the project.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within [7] days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@ayanaadesigns.com / +91-9755508222 to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).

  • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Package the item(s) securely, including all original accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.

4. Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • All FMCG Items

5. Damaged or Defective Items
